Poorly managed poor communication between doctors staff and therapists if you ever get one. If the donors knew how bad this place was run they would stop funding them immediately and find a reputable local non for profit that really does what they say they do. Horrible experience and this is truly sad considering the state of the world and mental health accessibility to those in need. Im appalled by how the director spoke to me and she should not be a director of anything.

After conducting a scheduled interview meeting with Maggie Nicolas I was racially profiled by this company. She showed up 30 minutes after the scheduled time and instantly began to insult me about my previous job history. After speaking with Maggie I immediately knew this company was not the place I wanted to be employed with an I ended the meeting. This place is a pill mill for psychotic drugs. Their operational norms are systematically abusing patients rights. Patients are isolated to avoid accountability and transparency abusing forced hospitalization a mentality of punishment neglect and retaliation lack of proper psychological assessments and monitoring on psychotic drugs and side effects zero protocol for recourse with Eleanor Lancer a criminal at best they take no action on grievances which form is no designed for the patient they claim to serve they address patients issues in the waiting areas in front of everyone zero respect for privacy all you need to do is check their 990s to understand that Lancer and her friends are just milking the tax dollars. Unresponsive unqualified and untrained staff unable to respect the dignity of their patients the social workers are incompetent and unable to manage the most basic needs ABUSE OF CLIENTS RIGHTS DGF063I.2.I.3.II.1III.1.III.2.III.4IV.1IV.2V.3.V.4V.5VI.1.VI.2.1VI.2.4VII
