The secretary is horrible. No regard for customer care whatsoever. She was rude and I considerate. Seems as if patient is bothering her for assistance and then had the audacity to block her phone number from getting assistance otherwise. If this is who represents the doctor's there is no way I'd allow my family member to trust the care of the doctor who employs her

DONT GO !!!!!!! Worst doctor!!!!! Screams at the patient, he ask questions and doesn't let you answer, gets all in your face and patronizes you by speaking to you like your a child. Doesn't take time to give you a chance to explain your situation, what you experience in everyday life cause every situation is different. I left in the middle of the exam. He needs to retire his service is horrible. ONE STAR IS TO GENEROUS.

I've gone to this doctor twice. The first time he said that my symptoms were normal and ordered blood work. I asked about getting an MRI or some other test but he said he would order blood work. The second time, I went in for the results (which I could have easily interpreted because I'm healthy and google is helpful). I still had the same concern about my symptoms and he just sent me home and rescheduled me several weeks ahead instead of just ordering testing. I called his office today to tell them that I didnt want to take off work and pay for another visit for him to tell me i'm fine and not consider ordering an mri or some other scan/test, the lady that answered said "i dOn'T kNoW, I'm NoT tHe DoCtOR." Given the state of the world, I thought maybe she would be a bit more compassionate and offer to ask the doctor but nope. All she said was that she was going to cancel the appt and that I should contact my PCP. So basically, I wasted a bunch of time (since November 2021) and money on 2 appts and blood work for nothing. Now I have to find another Neurologist that wont dismiss me or make me waste time.

Dr. Blanco is very empathetic, punctual and down to earth, he is a doctor you can trust, rely and depend on. he will never, i repeat never fail you. He is a doctor you can always count on

Quick to dismiss someone if initial basic testing shows normal results. He will not think out-of-the-box and consider further testing, even if symptoms are blatantly present.

Worst doctor I have ever been to. Screams at the patient and then he ask questions and dose t let you answer. Thinks everyone is after narcotics. Then he gets all in your face and patronizes you by speaking like a toddler. I can’t believe this happened, told him the pain I had was horrible says to me that if I waited so long to go there I could wait another week.
