These 5 stars are for Dr. Mustelier who was wonderful and caring during my yearly physical. She takes the time that it takes to hear and explain things to her patients, so you leave with no left questions. She is also very professional and really cares about you not only as a patient but also as a person. Thank you Dr. Mustelier and the rest of the staff also for your care.

I just moved to the area and found Leung Healthcare when looking for a new primary care doctor. I was scheduled with Dr. Christine Lee and she was wonderful! She was very patient, kind, and answered all of my questions without making me feel obtuse which was incredibly refreshing. The rest of the staff I encountered were the same, even when they got super busy!The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I noticed that parking for the clinic was very limited. My appointment was at 9am so I didn't notice on my way in, but on my way out, I noticed 3 cars circling the lot. One woman even stopped me to try and figure out where I was parked so she could get the spot first. So I guess try to schedule appointments first thing in the morning!Other things to note, the front/main entrance is not handicap accessible but there is an entrance in the back that is. Also, at either entrance you'll have to ring the doorbell and wait for a staff member to let you in. (I'm assuming that's a COVID or general safety thing.)

This by far is the WORST doctors office I have been to. The service here is extremely poor. The staff schedules appointments and you are not seen until an hour or two after the scheduled time. The location at NMB and the NM office are both the same. The staff members have negative attitudes and do not treat patients with respect. This will be my last time visiting their offices and something needs to be done to address the poor service.

I had my first visit appointment with doctor Lo Huang. She’s the best, she took time to explain everything to me. Without rushing the appointment. The whole staff was excellent, And very polite.

So referrals are a complete mess every time I call for my mothers referral they tell me the “girl” isn’t there ! Even though their are supposed to be more then one, Then hire someone who will be there! No one is indispensable. Plus the front desk is so rude . I wonder if they are so underpaid that the doctor just doesn’t care🙄
