10/28/2023 Saturday morning about 9:15 AM, I walked in & and a black female sitting at the front desk was rude & unprofessional talking on her personal phone while on the clock in public view & giving me a look soon as I walked like she didnt want to be bothered. I asked about the DOT med exam & she started swinging her neck, getting angry/upset about simple questions. Her boss needs to check her, she unhinged. Won't be coming here with this type of service.

I Waited two hours and didn’t get anything accomplished. The front desk representative on the right side when you first walked in was very angry and unprofessional. Wondering why they received 7 workers comp claims in one day I’m Human I’m aware a job can get overwhelming but remain professional. If you don't like your job stop going to work. I feel that customer service should be your main priority. Upon finally walking out of the room after being in excruciating pain for 40 minutes without anyone checking on me, asking if I'm ok or apologizing for the wait. I told the concierge in the most professional way I was leaving, and of course, she responded, "in the most unprofessional way possible while rolling her eyes stating “Ok, that’s on you.” moral of the story I'm a patient that visited your place of employment and I was not rendered good customer service.

Everybody in the in on this branch have an attitude the Doctor Who is talking to me from one corner of the room. I’m sitting on the other side like he scared of me. I don’t know if he’s a new doctor and or what i don’t know description went to that a different different place than I ask. He told me it’s open 24 hours. The doctors told me it’s it’s open 24 hours and I went there and it was closed at terrible terrible terrible. Terrible terrible everybody have a problem attitude problem in this branch like they don’t wanna work or something I don’t know called the next day to change the prescription to where I wanted to be. They put me on hold for like 25 minutes and I didn’t get an answer why are you open? If you cannot handle it why are you open , just ready to take our insurance and our money that’s it service nothing you have nothing the doctor was incompetent lacking any kind of experience or personality when they’re on On Sunday 22nd of October 2023. Please talk to the doctor and tell him you know man up your doctor everybody’s gonna be sick coming to you you don’t need to be afraid of them. I’m 54 years old. I saw a lot of doctors a lot of different countries. I never saw a doctor like this never.
