Let me start by saying I have being going to Dr Marill for a long time great doctor but this rating is for the horrible staff, the worst I have ever encountered since I have been a patient. Because of them I no longer feel comfortable going there. I have tried for 2 weeks to find about tetanus shot, one staff ask me what is that and after explaining quite a few times she also ask me what, that after coughing profusely on the phone and mark you hung up quite a few times. I had my daughter call they answer in Spanish( I have no problem with the language I understand a little) when she gave my information they said they could not fine me as a patient. My daughter ask how can I go to such a terrible place for my health. I call from a different number 3 times once they identify my voice and I ask again to speak with the doctor or a senior person in charge she hung up again around 3:45 I call ask what time they close she said they are close. My daughter call again she said they close at 5pm. All this was today 08/24 try to leave a message the voice mail box is full since they refuse for me to reach the doctor. I was force to write this review. My health is important so if the doctor staff cannot tend to his patients properly I guess no one cares. I am not the first complain about the staff.

Excellent Physician, Dr. Marill is very knowledgeable, considerate, friendly, easy to speak with, listens intently to your concerns and needs and offers the very best solutions to your medical issues.. I'm very satisfied with his absolute determination to help all of his patients. His office staff is very professional and friendly and always receives me with a pleasant smile and willingness to be helpful.. I am very grateful to have him as my Doctor and recommend him very highly.
