Es la mejor y excelente experiencia que he tenido en muchos años. Las Dras. Belisa Guzmán-Suarez y Margarita Perez han sido mis mejores Dras. por muchos años y en cuánto a Chen Medical Center un servicio al cliente extraordinaria en todo. I was so surprised the care I was given at this place , my doctor was Jessica Chen she was so thorough and actually called me to go over my results not her assistant but the doctor herselfThen she left for maternity leave and hasn’t come back .. they gave me another doctor he was good not as thorough and didn’t call but I got what I came in for good bill of health, now they no longer take people under the Medicare age seems it’s all about the money now .. this was years ago .. I still can’t find a good doctor to this day .. I’m 55 hope I make it to there age requirements so I can get a real doctor again

On June 30th my mother had her mammogram done; she complained to her PCP of discomfort on her right breast. Mother had to call twice before the ASSISTANT called her back about the ultrasound results. HOWEVER, as of today, her doctor has yet to call her about the actual mammogram and the discomfort she complained to the doctor about.Needless to say, she has called a different doctor at another clinic but has to wait and the discomfort still there.I know we are in difficult times but this is another level, same with an X-Ray her PCP told her she was going to order her one over backpain and still waiting.I wish they would see these reviews, the level of anxiety my mother is suffering over the lack of consideration of this person is un-describable.

Worst place ever they do not care about the patient only the revenue per person they receiveMy mom is been with the clinic since 2004 and always have problems with the referralsOne time she was scheduled for knee replacement got all the exams the day of the surgery already in the hospital she was told they did not have the referral therefore surgery had to be re scheduled for other timeMy moms Doctor was Dr Guzman who was sweet enough for my mother to stay with the clinic regardless of all the issues when my mom mentioned to the Dr she has not happy with the clinic she was told by the doctor if you are not happy leave.Finally we went to the same pain Doctor 3 times and the referral was not in. 3 times I missed work because when we went to the doctor and no referral I went to the clinics and was told for next appointment was going to be there “NOT TRUE”. After the third time I went to the clinic and asked to talk to the Manager KennethI explained our concerns and the reason why we were leaving after sooooo many years he did said a word no apology no good luck nothingIf you have your parents stay away from this place and another thing you call when finally answer the put you in hold for a long time and then they hang upTransportation is a joke they said they will pick up at 8:45 and 12 noon you are still waiting

I’ve had only good experiences with this center doctors are very professional nurses are adorable I highly recommend Chen medical center
