Dr. Aquino is a good physician, but she needs to run her office much better. If she is running late or if she have to step out, her staff should approach her patients and give an explanation of why she is running late. The patients should not approach Dr. Aquino’s medical staff to find out if there is an issue. Her staff should shown common curiosity and not let the patients sit out in the waiting room for over 2 1/2 going on three hours without saying anything.

The worst experience I've ever had without stepping foot in the office. I'm a new pt trying to schedule the appt over the phone with the most nastiest rep . The rep hung up in my face because I simply told her not to take her bad day out on me . Long story short I won't be going to the appt . I actually found a new office that's nice and respectable. I WOULDN'T recommend thus office to my worst enemy .
