Absolutely terrible service. I took my mother with a cut on one of her toes because she is diabetic needed a deep cleaning and few stitches. Dr. Shangguan very rude and miserable. Doctors should not le behave at all as a Dr. Shsngguan. The nurse was more compassionate and really wanted to help. I understand she could be busy but snd like the nurse said she is pregnant but if she don’t feel like thanking care of patients she needs to stay home. We waited almost two hours with only 3 people ahead of us. Don’t bother with this place is really not the kind of urgent care anyone needs. She made us wait 1 hour to leave snd at the end didn’t even cure her.

This has to be the worst urgent care clinic in the world. I walked in with 2 little boys passing out with a fewer. The first thing the gentleman at the front desk said was the wait time is 3 hours. Terrible terrible terrible experience if you really need urgent care do not go there.

Went in today with someone with elevated blood pressure nausea and dizzy. Patient needed BP meds apparently upon arrival was told they do not RX meds or do simple blood work. Its urgent care. Now the statement that they never give meds is crazy we were here last year to rule out a fracture which turned out to be muscular pain and they prescribed an Nsaid for my mom. Ive referred people and always left with meds prescribed.

09232021 I went in there the first thing the gentleman in the front told me is that the wait is about 3 hours and I ask him why so longhe told me its because they are full at the moment when I look around it was only 2 people seated in the waiting room plus he said 3 people inside 1 doctor.OMG.....so I left and went to an other urgent care not far away from them an the service was great and fast.

Quick wait times. Staff is very friendly and professional. They were thorough in my visit making sure I was okay and helping me get better. Definitely would recommend for urgent non emergency medical needs.

Today is August 17th 2021. My chart id is 4013354. And FIN 40019657968. The attending physicians name is Reyes Velazquez Yarelis. Dr. Reyes disregarded three of the reasons severe swelling headaches and painfor my visit even when I brought them up to her more than once. I assume it was because the COVID19 test dominated her head space or something. Staff is lazy and incompetent. They show little to no care for the patients wellbeing. The gentleman at intake is sloppy and demonstrates poor attention to detail. He has everyone’s personal information spread out across his desk where anyone can easily view it and He obviously did not review my contracts and signatures because he would’ve seen that he had to give me a LivingWill packet because I requested one. He also didn’t realize that I removed part of the contract. They are however attentive to the monetary side of the visit. After waiting about two hours I waited around another 1 12 hours to be told that my COVID19 PCR test will not be submitted because the rapid antigen test according to them is suffice. Therefore completely ignoring my entire reason for visiting the facility today. Aside from that the triage nurse failed to update my chart as to which medications I’m currently taking and pharmacy I am using. Thus sending my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. In short.. thanks for nothing Photos below show the swelling in my feet and the ID numbers that I was given today.

They was quick fast clean and friendly. I recommend a lot of my family to them

Zero stars. Awful costumer service everybody is in a bad mood and rude the wait is ridiculous total opposite of “Urgent care” which is very ironic. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here…
