Rassurant et qui vous explique clairement la situation et les étapes qu’il faut prendre pour solutionner le cas échéant, l’anomalie. Autres qualités à ne pas négliger, il est souriant, il a de l’empathie, il vous regarde droit dans les yeux et répond sans détour à toutes vos questions avec flegme et sensibilité.
