Long wait times (2 months to get an appointment, 2 hours to be seen), they never call you back about referrals or results, they tried to send me out-of-network for specialty diagnostic testing because it was in their network (and almost double the cost to me), the staff is extremely rude almost every time I talk to them and the office is dirty and crowded. Dr. Pardo seemed very knowledgable but everything else makes this place extremely undesirable.

I went to Dr. Pardo about 25 years ago when she was at Mt Sinai & Miami Heart with a practice of all women. She moved away and I found other doctors but none like her. She even remembered me after all this time. I find her to be a caring, knowledgable doctor who spends time with you. I'm glad she back close by and taking new patients.
