Unprofessional, terrible service and negligent care for your aging parent! it takes weeks to get a referral to a specialist even if it is urgent. I did not know but My mom had all the symptoms of lung cancer for 2 years and the Dr. Nazarelly never referred her to get a scan or see a specialist. My mom had lost 20 lbs in 1 year and had a cough and fatigue. She was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and it was too late for her.

I was there 2/10/22 with my brother and his appt. was fast and quick the nurses are wonderful. Mimi was very helpful and kind to me and my brother even though he gave them a hard time with taking his blood. Thank you all that works thete

I was there with my Fiancé Her appointment was at 11 we got there a little early there were patients waiting, but within Five minutes she called back to have a vitals take and ask the nature of her visit which she explain apple some personal conversation with the LPN we were brought back to the waiting room where Dr. Pierre call upon us within another five minutes and took her inside the examination room because My fiancé wanted me there to help explain the complications that she were having to the doctorDr. Pierre called for me to come inside and we all talked and asked questions this is very important to me and my fiancé the process at this facility was great made me feel and my fiancé they can trust this facility while I was waiting to be called by Dr. Pierre there was a supervisor by the name of Mimi that I never witnessed any customer service in my life at a doctors office she made me feel that I wanted to change the place where I go to doctor that I wanted to come here she was very warm and caring she asked what is everybody OK do we need anything I have never witnessed anything like that before I’ve been a part of it some people have the natural ability to help people they put the job first what I witnessed was from Mimi putting her job offers in caring about people these days and times you just don’t get that but with someone is genuine is Mimi please keep up the good work people need more people like you in the workplaceMimi thank you for all you do Dr. Pierre thank you for all you do and I got a chance to meet Mimi supervisor she is great you guys keep up the good work and thank you so much

Hello My Name is Gene today I was at the Doctors office Gilbert Leung MD first of all I'd like to say this place is very easy to fine and  convenient myself and my Fiancé were glad to have this facility in our area there are a couple of urgent care places on Biscayne Boulevard but this place is so convenient and the people there are so caring and detailed oriented with that being said I must mention Dr. Pierre who is a great doctor I had a pleasure of meeting him today,the real people behind that  makes this facility so great is the workers, one in particular by the name of Mimi much gratitude and thanks to you Mimi it's people like you who go above and beyond to make the workplace what it is today ,I hope that you are really really recognize by what you do your work seems to me to come from the heart and not the paycheck. And to  the whole staff we got there a little earlier appointment was at 11am within 10 minutes or so we were there seeing Dr. Pierre which is great everyone should be very proud of this Doctors Facility and to Mimi's boss she is a big asset to the company and it's been a pleasure meeting you all thank you so much

Since the beginning of CoVid i was able to go twice with no papers indicating i had anything which regardless of that I didn't. Now they ONLY do over the phone which is like asking a mechanic to listen to a sound you have over the phone and asking them to tell you what's wrong with your car. This is the dumbest form of medicine ever and they charge the same price if you went in person which is a joke. I have attempted once with papers of multiple tests of negative covid and they still wouldn't see me because i have a "cough" which is literally indicative of anything mind you they wear protection as do I but still wont see you i can literally have pneumonia and they wouldn't see me so as of now this clinic is a joke to me as that day i had taken the day off work just to go personally and be told all this at the door. The staff and doctors btw are on different understandings as well the staff told me the doctors are not seeing anyone with a cough where as when i spoke to a doctor they said that that's not their choice its solely the clinics. I tried asking about an appointment today and was told again its only over the phone because she assumes i have a "cough" that being said i will be avoiding this clinic and others with the same name in the future.

I've never had any issues coming to this busy place. There's always alot going on here, and customer service is wonderful here. Ya the waiting room is kinda small but at least not only does it have a TV but the chairs are widely spaced apart to prevent anyone from catching covid.I can't understand why anyone would complain about this place, I mean I have never had any real issues coming here and have always been treated right here.This is a great place to see the doctor, it's clean and the location is extremely convenient in a good residential area with kind staff. Been coming here for years.

Not happy with the office. They take too long to get back to you with everything!!!! You are a patient with them for so many years and they treat you like nothing. Not a care in the world with that office, they are good for making mistakes! I’m always having to go to the office to correct them. The phone lines are always busy, they love putting you on hold. No one wants to own to their mistake! Famous words, hold on! Hold on hold on for what? They don’t even have a portal online to at least keep in touch with the doctors in that office, smh. It’s insane. UNBELIEVABLE AND SHAME ON YOU Dr Leung’s Office Staff!!!!

I've been going to this office for 20 plus years and Dr. Leung was my doctor,and Dr.Nazzarally sees me and my family. Gladys,Beth ,Mina and Evelyn are courteous and nice ladies

Dr. Leung truly cares for his patients.
