List of Martin Frey's Reviews
I encouraged my mother to see a cardiologist regarding getting a specific genetic test done that she has relatives that are positive. She saw Dr. Frey who looked at the positive test from her family member that ended up getting a heart transplant because of it. Dr. Frey just dismissed her and said “oh you don’t have that” and didn’t order the test for her. If I could give less than 1 star for this doc I would. Now I’m telling my mother to see about having her primary care doctor order the test.
Very caring doctor
An amazing cardiologist . Kind, considerate, knowledgeable. I have been a patient of his for 5 years , and I even made my mother switch from her cardiologist to Dr. Frey. He gives you all the time you need in the office and also will call himself to check up on you .
Terrible. DO NOT GO HERE ! Although I agree I could loose some weight, it is not the cause of my conditions. I have coronary heart disease long before my being over weight. Was 95% blockage. Now 50% My arthritis is hereditary and extreme physical work 33+ years. My skin cancer is not due to my diet. He made judgements before considering my history. He is not a cardiologist. He is a dietitian. My spinal pain is not due to overweight. I had an accident long ago and only now had the surgery. He's not a good Dr.
Dr Frey is an excellent physician who has treated both my husband and myself. He provides high-quality care, as does his office staff, and the follow-up is very good as well.
My husband had a follow up with Dr. Frey after a stint in the hospital for chest pains. Although the staff was very nice, Dr. Frey was rude, condescending and borderline obnoxious. You shouldn't leave a cardiologist appointment with chest pains from the experience with the Dr! I think it's time he retire or seek counseling for whatever problems/addictions plague him before he kills someone.
I accompanied my husband to his appointment to discuss some recent symptoms of low energy and shortness of breath. Dr Frey was rude, arrogant and obviously incompetent. He complained that the recent blood test my husband had was useless to him and he would need another kind of blood test plus additional heart tests before evaluation. The next morning, my husband's p/c physician called to say the std blood work revealed he was severely anemic and should be admitted to the hospital immediately to determine source of internal bleeding. So much for the brilliant Martin Frey. Don't put your life in his hands.
Very Nasty Man! Has a god complex. Stay away from this guy.
I disagree he is the wonderful loving man I have ever known. This comes from a woman that was engaged to him!
stay away from this very belligerent and mentally ill doctor....he is not concerned about your condition and appears like you are wasting his time...if you go to see dr frey, bring a coffin to the office, sit down and pray...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
