Natalie Leroy's Online Review Report Card

I was seen by Dr.Leroy on Saturday and I explained everything to her about what was going on with me and she listened to me and made sure i understood everything and she gave me other alternative to take. words can’t explain how I feel about the work she’s doing keep up the good work we need more Doctors like her.

I went on thursday. I went 45 min early because I am a new patient. I am glad that I did. My appointment was at 3 and they called me in at 305. Not a long process I left there at 425. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They provided mask for the PTs. I was seen by Dr. Smith. She was informative and the annual was a smooth and comfortable experience. I will be going back.

I have been coming to see Dr. Leroy for over 5 years I believe. I found her by mistake and it was the best accident ever. THIS LADY IS SO SMART, KIND, SHE LISTENS WHILE ALSO TEACHING YOU HOW TO ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF! Sometimes the wait at the MCHC can be a long but not her fault. Anywho, she is worth the wait. I thought I was dying once of stomach cancer (too much web md) and one look at me and she knew H-PYLORI! I was like H ahwhatta?? That's just once she really made me feel at ease and got me on my feet super quickly. Highly recommend her!!!! She's AWESOME!!

Dr. Leroy is an amazing doctor. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. She takes the time to explain things in detail. I highly recommend her.

I have been a patient of doctor Leroy and can say that both occasions I have had the opportunity to see her she has behaved professionally and courteous and as a patient I felt she had the knowledge and experience necessary to perform the job. What I will say is that since I have Obama care I have received the worst service and treatment and let me explain; - On both occasions I had long waits, there was obviously not enough doctors to see the amount of people waiting to see one. - Before finding out about this medical center they had me calling around several doctors that would be accepting patients (I spent days wasting many hours calling disconnected numbers or offices that would not take my insurance). - I doubt the system we have to go through is a result of doctors willingness or negligence to help people (I like to think most people who go to medicine school do it so for the premise of helping people regardless of anything, especially their income, or maybe some of they do study medicine for the money, I hope I don't run into anyone like that ever).

I am so grateful for Dr. Leroy. She doesn't have an overly warm personality, but I'd prefer an intelligent Dr to a super outgoing one. She is thorough, she listens, she is willing to try many different things. She is a true professional who is someone you can collaborate with for optimum care. Only wish she were in a better run office, but it is a low-income and uninsured clinic and she doesn't have much control over that. Her heart is truly in her work. You can tell by her compassion.
