This place has the worst service ever they have not assigned me to a doctor since the pandemic they practitioners and low grade doctors that only call to evaluate you .I have had more than 12 different doctors call me none aware of my condition they just prescribe meds. I have had a doctor prescribe two anti psychotic meds without any assessment of my condition,one med ii have a bad reaction to I inform her of it couple weeks later she is recommending I go back on the same meds They also have physicians that the turn over as often as every 6 months to a yet. I have serious medical problems the last doctor recommended I see a specialist for he left the new doctor that took over from him didn’t even look at his case load year after he took over before he had someone call me to make an Appointment This place is a train wreck from billing to mental health device primary care doctor I w/o have to get the proper authority to investigate them

Dr. Segal needs to read the reviews for his compass health systems practices which he is president of. Every single office is completely mismanaged and it is impossible for vulnerable patients to receive the mental healthcare they so desperately need. Shame on him for not taking care of these patients!!! There are nine locations around the US for Compass Health Care practices and each location has overall reviews of one to two stars. Hundreds of poor patient reviews complaining of incompetent care. He is the president of the Compass Health Care Systems according to their website. Something needs to be done!!!

There are nine office locations around the US and if you google each location it’s the same awful reviews for how mismanaged the practices are! Hundreds of reviews going back years!!! Why has nothing been done??? Compass Healthcare Systems should be dismantled and banned!!!

Dr. Segal was supposed to call me for a telehealth appointment on Wednesday. He never called. His office apologized and rescheduled for the following day. He never called. I have not heard from his office since.
