Dr. Segal needs to read the reviews for his Compass Healthcare Systems practices which he is president of according to their website. Every single office is completely mismanaged and it is impossible for vulnerable mental healthcare patients to receive the proper treatment they so desperately need!! Shame on him for not taking care of these patients!! There are nine locations in the US and each one has an overall google rating of 1.5 stars and hundreds of patient complaints going back for years!!! Compass Healthcare Systems should be shut down PERIOD!!!

They don’t value your time. They don’t give out basic information such as how long the study will be ( 5 months? 5 years?) and how often I would have to come in. They said you won’t find out these details until you come in for a screening. You’re expected to give up at least 1 day so they can do blood work, ask medical questions etc for NO PAY.

total garbage - they try to give me the answers to study questions that i know are for my safety - then say they will mail me payment. i wanted the covid vaccine study - they cannot help. Stay away.

I love Segal Institute and they have been taking good care of me since 2018 and the picnics they sponsor are the best. Last year I won two gift cards for dancing.

Great place to work if you like being valued as an employee and treated like family. Segal Trials has been completing clinical drug trials since 1998. I've personally seen their commitment to exceptional and quality work emphasizing on psychiatry, neurology, addiction, insomnia and women's health studies. Over 20 years of experience and they are still going strong, even through challenging times.
