Never in my life will I go back to this clinic again. I developed a skin rash on my neck that I tried to treat myself with topical cortisone, calamine and eczema lotion. A month later, the rash increased and it started to be really itchy and painful. I decided to go to this clinic and give it a try since I had a good experience with other physicians at UM. To my disbelief and after seeing the Nurse practitioner, I got a prescription for topical cortisone and calamine which I tried before without any results. I had a skin infection and she refused to give me a prescription. All I needed was a topical antibiotic. I was just set to see a dermatologist within the UM Network as if the purpose for this clinic is only recruiting new patients. Honestly, I would have save myself time and $200 dollars, only to be sent home with OTC products that anyone can get without the “help” of a nurse. I am really mad and at the same time disappointed that an easy diagnosis can’t be cured here. More so for the amount of money I had to pay for this visit.

Worst service I've ever had. The doctor is very indifferent, and she didn't send anything to my insurance company. The UM Health System directly sent an expensive bill to my address. I tried 4 numbers on their website and my bill, but none of them worked.
