Terrible terrible staff. I just don’t understand.

2 hours late for my 1rst appointment. Then I booked follow up appointment call for my lab results reading. He just never called me. I had to call back many times and talk to 3 different persons just to have my lab results that have been paid for. They just said he would not do call anymore and I have to do a walk in appointment and wait for hours . Just to have my lab results. That is rude and unprofessionnel. It seems my health is not his concern. Only my wallet and insurance.

Dr Derenocourt is a really caring, concerned doctor. I recommend him highly. A great bedside manner with patients and very thorough as is the rest of the doctors on the team and staff.

I went to Dr. Derenoncourt for the first time yesterday and both him and his assistant gave excellent service. They both really care about my well-being. He even went out of his way and brought in a musculo-skeletal expert on-the-spot to look at my knee. I will be keeping Dr. Derenoncourt as my primary doctor.
