List of Aisha Cupid's Reviews
I read other reviews here and I am shocked how similar they are to the review I added on her google page.. Dr. Cupid is incredibly rude. I Interacted with Dr. Cupid via a telemedicine visit and her level of interest in my call could not have been lower. She jumped to conclusions prior to asking any questions. ONLY after being called out for her highly unprofessional tone did she calm down and ask any questions of value. Avoid at all costs.
I would also leave zero starts, if I could. Dr. Cupid does not listen, is rude, impatient, talks over the patient, does not let them finish a sentence, does not care that the patient is a human being in front of them. This "doctor" is a poor example of how physicians should treat not only patients, but our heroic veterans. Dr. Cupid needs re-training and to be sanctioned for her sanctimonious attitude and arrogant behavior.
If I could leave no stars, I would. It’s extremely unfortunate to have a practicing physician with NO BEDSIDE manner at all; there was zero introduction as to who she was when I joined a telehealth call. First words out of the mouth were, “What are your symptoms?” I understand the need to get straight to the point, but in no way should she have been brash about it. As I explained my symptom of experiencing a dry cough with mucous (obviously my wording was incorrect), she condescendingly interrupted and responded with “Well it’s not a dry cough then.” After that condescending attitude from her, I felt uncomfortable finishing the telemedicine visit but still did. As a physician, part of your job is to make a human connection, and she is lacking in that department immensely. No patient contact by being primarily a research physician should be a permanent option for this young doctor.
I totally agree with other one star reviewers, as my experience with her was VERY similar to their experiences. I, too, never got the antibiotic prescription, and she did lie about my medical concerns on her chart. She never even gave me a chance to speak! She was combative from the get go and very argumentative. All I wanted for her to do was to address my concerns. She never gave me the chance to do so.
Billed for no treatment and lied on documentation that she sent over antibiotics and she did not. She did not give precautions and she did not note my frustration of her not giving an actual treatment plan.
Very unprofessional. No proper greeting/introduction. Immediately started speaking ‘Spanish’ to a ‘Portuguese’ speaking patient. I went to translate to explain to her and was rudely interrupted stating my ‘translation’ was not done correctly and to follow her questions. Again, you can’t correct my translation if you don’t speak the language. First and last time visiting this ER OR hospital from my experience with her. Also, other staff continued to speak ‘Spanish’ with patient. Very dissatisfied
friendly courteous very knowledgeable and helpful. Make me feel at ease at the hospital and that's very hard to do
very incompetent emergecy doctor stay Wsy from er there since she is the o ly pne there
Very unprofessional and non-empathetic. Yawned when she came into my 'room' if you can call it that at the ER and was curt and rude and did not even want the full details of what I was experiencing. Did not help at all and discharged me without even addressing significant pain and bleeding and told me to 'calm down' and did not even provide a referral for specialist or PCP. I guess she chose emergency medicine because she could never build a successful practice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
