Talking to a physicist for 20 mins does nothing for me. They said they hired therapist, I still have talk to one! Not happy at all! And the 1 front dest lady with the blond hair is rude! My opinion. JUST WANTED TO UPDATE. I NEVER SAW A THERAPIST. I CALLED AND CALLED AND NEVER SAW A THERAPIST. SO I DIDN'T GET HELP, AND THAT'S UNPROFESSIONAL, AND WHEN PEOPLE NEED A THERAPIST. NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME.THAT'S WHY I HAVEN'T BEEN BACK IN TWO MONTHS.MAYBE THREE, THAT'S RIDICULOUS.SO I DIDN'T GET THE HELP.I NEEDED!
I had my first appointment today with Laurie Dorrielan and felt that she did a great job listening to my challenges and getting to know me. She was caring and understanding, I would recommend her to anyone and everyone and this was only telehealth. As for the facility itself, they did text message me very clear instructions and asked very detailed intake questions that were then followed up during the appointment. They were also aware of my insurance and that it was in network which I was thankful for. It was a long process but absolutely necessary and thorough, and they made difficult questions more comfortable.
I would think twice about trusting this place for your mental health therapy and medication management needs! First for therapy, they have therapist who will not even see you and judge your needs based off of there supposed educational specialties, for example I was discharged from a dual diagnosed facility and expected to be seen for a follow up therapy appointment within a certain amount of time went for that appointment with Elite DNA which ended up being another intake appointment within a certain someone with an unknown credential after billing my insurance for a copay who then referred to a therapist another two weeks out. Ok, a little inappropriate but that’s fine everywhere you go has there own process I do understand that but where the issue was when I got another phone call from a receptionist two days before my scheduled appointment trying to tell me that the therapist felt that my issues would be better suited for someone else to see and then wanted to schedule my appointment even further out! When I refused, I got a phone call from the therapist herself who had some other excuses as to why she couldn’t see me ! So very inappropriate and what kind of therapist do they have there that picks and chooses the types of patients that they want to see especially when they are screened and referred by their own person ahead of time ! My second warning of this place is about there policy about putting a card on file because if you do apparently you are giving them carte blanche permission to charge your card anytime they want without even having to check in for your appointment which I am unaware of even signing anything to that nature!!! Which was the case of my last appointment with my provider for med management because it was at 4pm and my copay was charged at 3:42pm but then I was a No call/No show so I was informed by the office that I would be reimbursed the $25 copay that I never gave permission to be charged for and charged the $40 for the No call/No show fee that I was aware without any explanation of why I was charged that fee to begin with other than “it’s just the way they do things!” to which my response well that was not appropriate and now you just lost a patient because I will no longer be using your services ! So be very very aware of dealing with this provider !!! I have used many and will not be using anymore…
In my opinion they are really sketchy. If you look at the leadership board on website it seems it is they are more about corp growth of lots of locations than focusing on treatment. Friend tried to get help but it was a real pain just to get them on phone and when they finally did it was totally unproductive. If it were me I would avoid at all costs.
From intake with Antionette Minor, to monthly appointments with Matthew Rocklage - this team has saved my family members life. I have a brilliant kid who really needed help, after so many ppl dismissing him as lazy , unconcerned and disobedient - we have finally achieved understanding and progress with this team. Matthew is an amazing practitioner, he's positive, listens intently and genuinely addresses all our of concerns. 10/10 experience all the way around. Can not thank this team enough.
Refused to help this veteran wanted private info. Only cared about billing n money
This place has no coordination and you either get someone from corporate scheduling or locally and neither do anything to make the intake process easy. If it was not so important, I would say that it was a laughable situation. VERY POOR people skills and have show no knowledge about the entire process..
Had an appointment today, got transferred four times before being hung up on, THEN being charged a no call no show fee when I was there, THEY were not. There is no competent mental health care unless you are doing very well financially, in this economy. Thanks for nothing.
Mental Health care for people with ADHD doesn’t fit into profit centric ridgid 20 minute appointments #ADHDtax #healthcareprofiteering I was only 10 min late, impressive for me, for an appointment that was 20 minutes. Nowhere in the check-in process was I informed that it was a twenty minute appointment. If you care for your patients, design a schedule capable of their needs! 😉 The staff have been helpful and I have been having a much better experience. Thank you 🙏🏼
I shared a personal experience of childhood sexual abuse with my therapist, and I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed or acted upon. This left me feeling unsupported and unsure of whether proper reporting protocols were followed. I personally wish I never stepped foot in that particular clinician's office. Such concerns can effect the safety and health of so many minors and other aged people. Please be careful who you trust! Wishing healing for all childhood abuse survivors.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
