This is about Dr Penner as owner of Atlantis orthopedic. Francisco and Reiter do not deserve the title Dr. I have MD on left side. Came for consult on right leg for possible hamstring injury. Saw Francisco. He did not even address that. Reported my left foot and ankle have normal motion and my gait is normal. He did not even ask to see me walk. I seventh walked NORMAL in yrs, now needing a cane. Then had an apt with Reiter. He absolutly REFUSED to see me. Told me thru his MA that he agreed completely with Franciscos report. Such lack of care and concern to the point of disgrace. Your practice used to have a 5* rating now it’s a 3*. Dr Penner, please read the report. I WILL tell whoever and whenever about this experience including insurance co.
