I had a great experience at this office. I saw one of the Nurse practitioners Judy and she was great. She took the time to listen and figure out what was wrong. I would reccomend her over any primary care provider I have seen.

Dr. Presser is very knowledgeable/experienced. He is honest and cuts right to the chase which I need. He is passionate about keeping people healthy thru preventative measures. The staff are pleasant not rude. He has had quite a few NP's since I have been going there, the current one is good. My wife is going to use him now as our PCP.

As a physician myself, I was appalled by Dr. Pressers "bedside manners' and his failings in my evaluation. He attempted to schedule studies that were not indicated and has inappropriately billed me for a visit that did not occur.

My experience with nurse practioner gone from hopeful to discouraging. I have been plagued with a throbbing in my right ear that keeps me awake. Cooper did not even look in the ear and said I should find an ENT to treat me as she could not prescribe antibiotics all the time. Dr. Presser formerly seemed very concerned and sent me to my heart doctor who did not agree with Dr. Presser's heart problem diagnosis at all. Now, a month or so later, Cooper is saying I have a heart problem following a faulty EKG - she says I should immediately see my heart doctor and / or go to the hospital. I actually just got out of the Gardens Hospital and am being asked to return to Presser's office for a blood draw. Like others commenting, I find the office to be very disorganized. Refills are not sent to the pharmacist. etc. I hope to find a good practice or see a huge upgrade with the office of Dr. Presser.
