Laurie Rothman's Online Review Report Card

After Dr. Rothman left, this place is a mess. Dr. Gustave made me feel uncomfortable and talked down to me the whole time. Its a shame because this place was close to home and very convenient but will have to find a new doctors office.

Do not put yourself through this. They are never at the office to pick up your calls, I ran out of medication (nothing narcotic or regulated) and couldn't just get a refill, having to wait a month to get my medication again. The secratry said she would ask Laurie if I could get a refill and she would call me back, never did. Horribly unprofessional secratry. Do not put yourself through this, they don't care about you or if you have your medications.

I miss having Rothman as my primary since she left this practice. New Dr that is in this office is awful!

While Dr. Rothman seemed like a knowledgeable and caring physician when I was her patient, she suddenly moved and left her practice during the pandemic without any prior warning to her patients. I have a friend who has multiple medical issues and went for her appt. only to be told by the receptionist that day that Dr. Rothman had moved on. That sudden and surprising behavior is extremely disrespectful to patients.

I just found out that Dr. Rothman is no longer at the 3401 PGA Blvd Office. Does anybody know where her new office is located? Please post. Thank you!

Awful! She plays with people’s health and time. Waited two months for the appointment. Her receptionist Changed the appointment 3×. Originally was on Monday, next they change it to Wednesday, then she changed the for Friday and on Friday once I drove there, on her office; she decided that she was not gonna see me. They didn’t se me because the paperwork!

Dr Rothman, Kymberlee ARNP, Paulina, and Tracy are fabulous. I have been seeing Dr Rothman for years and I love her. She is kind, firm but fair, and treats accordingly. Her newly added ARNP Kymberlee is a sweetheart and truly cares about her patients. Paulina and Tracy are wonderful. They are quick to return calls and refill medications. The only issue with Dr Rothman’s office is the front desk staff. Maybe if they spent less time making personal phone calls and reading text messages, phone calls and questions would be answered appropriately. One is particular, I can’t remember her name but she has blonde hair, is very rude. I highly recommend Dr Rothman and her practice once you get past the front desk staff.

Dr Rothman is an outstanding doctor. She is currant on medicines, research , testing, and procedures. I have multiple medical issues. Dr.Rothman receives and reviews all my charts from all my doctors. She consults with my other medical care providers. The level of care and follow up I have received from Dr Rothman is exemplary . I read the other reviews posted here....I noticed that none of the negative reviews were about Dr Rothman herself. Any negative review was about clerical staff issues. . I can deal with clerical issues by being persistent. I can not navigate quality medical care on my own.Dr Rothman has been my primary Doctor for 13 years. I plan on keeping her as my Doctor. I have never gotten better medical care from anyone else.
