Linda Kiley's Online Review Report Card

Dr Kiley helped me a few years ago removing mesh in my abdomen. She is the best. I again have an issue I wish I could go see her about but unfortunately she no longer takes insurance. And unfortunately I’m not able to pay cash. I will miss not being to go see her especially now I need her😩. Those of you that can continue to go see her please do she’s the best!

I've been working with Dr Kiley for a few years, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is SO warm, compassionate, and beyond intelligent. She truly puts other doctors to shame with how much she knows. Her team is AMAZING, efficient, and help you get the care you need. They have answered be in the middle of the night, weekends, and stayed late just to help me during emergencies. They truly care about you feeling good. She is a root cause doctor and wants to get to the bottom of your issues, not just treat symptoms.I can rave about this doctor and her office forever. If you're looking for someone who knows what they're doing, this is the place!

VERY DISAPPOINTING. First of all why does she not have signage and shares space, even phone lines, with a laser center? I paid Dr. Kiley out of pocket about $500 to get HRT. Upon my first visit, her medical assistant, Melissa Scarlett, who is NOT an RN, LPN or NP, was flippant, unprofessional and rude. I nearly walked out at that point but wanted to give Dr. Kiley a chance. After going over my case, she prescribed several vitamins which cost me another $300. When I couldn't find the compound pharmacy it took two calls and emails to get a response from her "Medical Assistant" Melissa who made no apologies. Later on, when I had severe reactions, I again called Melissa and emailed FOUR times to get in touch with Dr. Kiley. Her eventual response was: "Dr. Kiley does not call patients without an appointment. Appointment fees range from $135-$375. What?! I have never hear of this. I had one simple question: Cut medicine in half or discontinue. Finally after days of going throu

My mother saw Dr. Kiley a couple years ago, I want to take a moment and say Dr. Kiley was very thorough and compassionate, she is a great doctor and surgeon, she completely changed my mothers quality of life for the better. I definitely recommend Dr. Kiley.

Dr Kiley is a highly rated doctor but the way the office is run is very unprofessional. She shares an office with a cosmetic skin care salon. I don’t think she has her own receptionist. If you call the office there is never live person answering the phone. The message is they will call you back within 24 hours. I happened to get a live person Today. She kept me holding for 25 minutes and then hung up.This was not the first time this has happened.

I do not recommend this Dr. Her P.A is kind and knowledgeable. I saw the P.A 3 times and had continued pain and called the office asking to schedule with the doctor rather than the P.A since my problem continued. I was told that my problem is not severe enough and would not be allowed to see the doctor. I have had ongoing pelvic floor pain and that did not warrant seeing this doctor? Also the office staff was rude and when talking about my health problems in the office there was no privacy. It was not a good experience.

Dr Kiley was recommended to me.. I have been trying to call that office for two days left several messages and no one has returned my call. Dr. Kiley had good reviews but if this is how difficult it is to contact the doctors office I’m not sure I would like to be a patient there.

Dr. Kiley is kind and thorough in her examinations. She is a compassionate doctor and takes time to explain your health in clear terms. I have recommended her to several friends.

My experience mirrors other negative reviews herein. She is not flexible in her approach and asked me to see a doctor that doesn't take my insurance. Didn't want to be flexible about this. Exam was not gentle and rooms were not sound proof or private. Long wait, with no apology and rude office staff. Shocked to find information written in her medical notes that had not been discussed with me.
