First I need to say that I never saw Dr. Simon but did see a P.A. and she was pleasant. Unfortunately when it come to schedules, appointments and follow ups his office staff (one person in particular) needs an upgrade. Needing a knee scope, I have waited since Sept. 21st to hear about scheduling a surgery, to this day (Nov 8th) still nothing, even with several follow up calls to Dr.'s office. Second was the need for a MRI on shoulder, was denied by insurance twice as Dr did not submit enough information. I was told by my insurance, Dr Simon needed to call them and give more details why an MRI on shoulder was needed. After speaking with insurance this morning, no one from Dr Simon's office has reached out in the past few weeks. Just so disappointing. When you do call and ask for a status update it seems as if you are bothering them. Full of excuses.

Dr. Simon performed surgery to my right shoulder and left hip. He is absolutely the best orthopedic doctor I have ever met. My recovery was quick. I can't say enough good things about this office and the staff. They Went way above and beyond to see that my surgery went well. There were some issues with scheduling and pre test, but his office took care of everything for me. Thank you all. wanted to do was epidural steroid injection. My hip hurts, not my back. Thank you

Dr. Simon did surgery on my shoulder 10/2020. Now my hip hurts and after seeing 2 orthopedic specialist, they concentrate on my lower back. Epidural steroid injection. No way. I went to Dr Simon's for a second opinion and told me exactly what I already knew. The steroid injection would not help the pain in my hip. He recommended surgery for my hip.

Dr. Simon and his entire staff are extremely caring and attentive. I went in for a knee issue and ended up needing knee surgery. Everyone treated me very kindly, especially Evelyn, and I couldn't be happier! I will definitely recommend Dr. Simon to family and friends for the thorough care I received and the empathy received from all of them.

Dr. Simon is one of the most compassionate, caring Dr’s I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. He figured out what no one else could providing relief from unbearable neck & shoulder pain. I have seen and or been treated by the best from Miami to Jupiter. I can say with total confidence that Dr. Simon stands tall amongst his peers.
