Shady Salib's Online Review Report Card

I recently had a disappointing experience with the office staff at this medical facility, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Salib at this office on 08/16/2023. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the appointment due to illness. I made a call to their office prior to the 24-hour cutoff period to ensure they were aware of my cancellation. However, despite my efforts to follow their cancellation policy, I was shocked to receive a bill for a missed appointment, charging me $35. It's clear that there was a significant breakdown in communication within their staff. What followed was even more disheartening. When I called the office to rectify the issue, the staff member I spoke with not only dismissed my concerns but also accused me of being dishonest. I was told that their office does not make mistakes and that I never canceled the appointment. This complete disregard for my valid complaint was both insulting and unprofessional. The frustration and inconvenience caused by this incident are regrettable. Even though I am a new patient, I expected better service and professionalism. I hope the office will review their internal processes to prevent similar mishaps in the future. I would advise anyone considering this medical facility to be cautious and double-check any appointments or cancellations to avoid unexpected charges. The medical care may be good, but the office management and communication need significant improvement.

This doctor spends time with his patients explaining and making sure everything is understood. He has compassion and desire to keep us healthy. I have recommended him to several friends. Dr. Salib is always willing to take the time to answer my questions and make sure I understand my treatment options. He is also very respectful of my preferences and never tries to push me into anything I'm not comfortable with. I have never had to wait long to see him, and the office staff is always friendly and helpful.

This doctor was recommended to me by a lovely ARNP.. If you like Alpha male docs with a condescending demeanor than you will like him. I was hesitant to see a male doctor in general as I always have seen females for my care after my experience with a local OB some years back. But the pickings are slim here in Northern Palm Beach County, and I had no desire to delve into the concierge doctor pool. Never have agreed with the premise of it all. Only glimmer and positive with seeing this doc was his DNP Heidi Hasse, and overall the staff seems to be nice as well. Just a wonderful kind hearted, patient and overall A+ Rating on the bedside manner scale. Carry on.. that’s my general review of this doc.

I have been going to see Dr Shady Salib for over two years now and he has been awesome. Getting the health attention that he provides has been very crucial.. Highly recommend.

Dr.Sandy is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I highly recommend him and his staff. They personally care about the patient.

I really like him but his staff is awfully sub-standard. They don’t want to do any diligence before giving info to patients thereby, mostly giving wrong information about insurance and other issues. It’s just extremely challenging to deal with their back office. The fact that nothing had been done about this tells me he doesn’t care either.
