Don't take appointments anymore. You have to go and wait . All since Tampa General took over. Ridiculous

Staff was very helpful and courteous and skilled from the front desk to the techs. But my two tests, mammogram and bone density results is another thing. Both tests were 12/7/22, with the resulting letter dated and stamped 12/8 but I did not get the mammogram results until 12/16. When this business,under former owners, you would get a phone call with the results as soon as the MD read it. 11 days is not acceptable and I have not heard or received anything about the bone density yet!

Long waiting. Dirty carpet in reception. Told me 20 min waiting after 1.5 hour finally a 5 min x ray done. I do not understand how they organize there work.

Up until today I have given this place a 5 star rating. Now that Tampa General Hospital has taken over I am having to wait 2 months to get an appointment for a mammogram and ultrasound. In the past I have been able to get in within a week. Waiting 2 months is not acceptable.

Unorganized and rude front desk staff!! It took me two days after faxing several times a referral from my PCP and an authorization from my insurance for them to tell me that unfortunately they changed their name to Tower Radiology because they bought them and that the referral and authorization should be issued to their “new name” The worst is that they won’t let you schedule regardless of their negligence to provide you with the correct information in the first place!! Spoke with Tyson and he explained that this is the way they work apparently all of the referral’s and authorizations received are sent back for correction hence making the process to schedule a lot longer!!! Finally gave up and scheduled with another facility and I got an appointment within minutes! Please don’t waste your time and go elsewhere very unprofessional and uncaring staff!!

.Michelle and Tyson are wonderful ,helpful and very friendly. I had major problems with the doctor that ordered the test and both of them help me all the way. I have been there a couple times for MRI and ultrasound .The young lady that did my MRI was a absolute sweetheart. I highly recommend Palm Beach radiology

I have been a patient of PB Radiology for over 10 years. Dr. Goodwin performed a breast stereotactic biopsy on me a few weeks ago. He is truly a remarkable Radiologist and professional that I respect and trust. In addition; the entire staff is amazing and kind.

Amanda and Carlos were so amazing to me during my MRI. I am claustrophobic and they were so accommodating in helping me get through the test. Amanda held my hands and Carlos was just so understanding and both of them were so nice and put me to ease. Every time I have been to PB Radiology for testing everyone there makes everything so easy and they are always so helpful. Thank you so much again. You are the best!!!!!!
