The office staff and physician assistant were very efficient and professional. They are nice, attentive, and make you feel that they care - 4 stars. The wait time to exam room on average was around 20 minutes. The PA was thorough, attentive, asked questions and took notes. The wait time for the doctor on average was around 10 minutes. The 1 star is for the doctor who does not listen, does not remember prior visits or treatment, is dismissive, condescending, contradictory, and definitely does not work well with other doctors on a treatment plan. How he is only receiving 5 star reviews is beyond me, which is part of the reason I chose to see him. Proceed with extreme caution. Unfortunately I wasted some valuable time with him, but found another hand surgeon that is great and collaborates with other doctors for complete treatment and recovery..
