I see Dr Bollu at a program she is a Medical Director for and she is a very good physician in my opinion. She is knowledgeable, kind, easy to dicuss and answer questions, and is a good listener. With that, she is able to focus on what is important and draw out what she needs to in order to do what's best for a patient. I am happy that she has come to replace a doctor who was the Director at this program for many years but has moved on due to advanced age. It is nice to have a new MD in his place that brings a new level of care. She is non-judgemental, appropriate and encouraging with her patients and wants to protect them from possibly asking for changes in the medications that might not be best in the long run. I hope to see her as my regular MD outside of this program and will look into it when I have a need for medical care. Other than that, I cannot speak for her office staff or anything else because I only know her from the program she visits to oversee patients there.
