Dr. Masi is a very caring and and good Dr. After 20 years we had to leave him, because we moved out of Florida. We haven’t been able to find a wonderful Dr. like Dr. Masi. We miss having him as our family Dr. I highly recommend Dr. Masi.

I'm 82 and have seen many Dr. and Dr. Masi is at the top of my list. A true gentleman, that is very knowledgeable in all aspects of his profession. Great communicator and listener.

Was told my doctor was on leave at each visit and said she'd be returning at some point. I was switched without my consent and have had issues with wait times and scheduling me for appointments extremely frequently. I found out this was due to a med issue when I finally switched to my new doctor's office who remedied it with an alternate med that doesn't require visits every two months. I've lost so much time from work with this craziness. I finally switched offices, didn't cancel one of my appointments and they are harassing me about a $50 fee. They must really be hurting there. I also used to have input about my treatment, and Dr. Masi discounted my concern over Covid treatment. The PA was really good but otherwise I wouldn't waste your time. From the reviews, it looks like they are struggling. Sorry, not getting my $50 after you've robbed me of precious time and money. Luckily my sisters are attorneys if they continue to pursue this path.

I have been a patient of Dr Masi for 19 years. although you do have to wait for your appointment it is well worth it. He will do whatever tests are necessary to get to the root of the problem and than fix it or turn you over to a specialist that will.

Doctor was unwilling to sign work papers to allow for AA meetings needed for my Alcoholism recovery...THEN I was charged $80 for a 5 min doctor's visit in which they did NOTHING. Highly not recommended!

Was unwilling to do work documentation needed to attend my AA meeting needed for treating my alcoholism, THEN was charged $80 for a 5 min visit in which they did NOTHING!!! I explained to billing dept. that the services were not provided and was told that it still is billed as a doctor visit, even though they did NOTHING! Do NOT use them!!!

horrible office, rude and bully people, hard to schedule appointment, hard to reach them, if you are 5 minutes late they won't let you in and if you are on time you have to wait about an hour or more. NOT recommended, do NOT waste our time and money. Shame!
