Dr. Smerling & the staff at Millennium North Port (Coco Plum) are friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a caring doctor and great support staff, they work with most insurance!

Over $300 for a routine visit and over $140 after insurance and didn't get notified of the cost until I got the invoice. He was not open to medications that were working for me in the past with great success. Would not reccomend

Best doctors office I have ever been to I rarely wait long Dr. Smerling listens to what I say doesn't make me feel like a idiot .I sometimes make bad food choices as a diabetic they council me but don't treat me like a child and acknowledge with praise the good choices I make which makes me want to do even better .Plus trying new better medications for my type 2 diabetes instead of the same old stuff. I'm thrilled I take less pills I feel better I look better and all my numbers show it as well .
