Made appointment for both wife and myself 30 minutes apart. They called to say they had to reschedule my wife. Office staff said Doctor wasn’t going to be there May 6, 2022. When I spoke up about my appointment being on the same day they back tracked and couldn’t give me a solid response as to why only my wife was canceled. You know I’ve heard that medical professionals will bump out us permanent North Port Florida residents to give preferential treatment to the snowbirds before they go back up north. Is that what is really going on here.Because Quigley Eye Specialist lied about having to reschedule my wife’s appointment we will look for a doctor that will respect us just like we respect them.

I’m impressed! I stopped in to have my glasses repaired today. Kasandra fixed them right away, no questions asked. The staff here is very friendly and I appreciate the quick service!! I’m definitely going back for my next pair. Thank you Kasandra!

Great experience, I was very impressed by the doctors, and how they worked with each other to properly diagnose me. Glad I went, money well spent. Front desk staff was very welcoming, professional, and were up front about the costs. Thanks!

Ridiculous wait times on the phone and in the office. The phone rings and rings and then you sit on hold for almost 30 minutes. Appointment was 45 minutes then waited another 45 minutes for the dr. We left. Office staff was indifferent and defensive about service. We will not be returning.

Went here several months ago. The woman who deals with glasses and ordering contacts was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. She argued with me my insurance didn't cover my contacts, which they do. I stepped outside to call my insurance company, because she refused to, and they said they were covered. When I went back in I asked her if she could call them, and she was nasty yet again. Telling me she doesn't have time, and if I want to speak to her I'll have to sit around and wait. So instead I got my prescription and went elsewhere, and amazingly enough I was correct and my insurance covered my contacts. She was also rude to my 5 year old son whom I had to bring to the appointment with me. I wouldn't come back to this place if you paid me.

This eye center is very sneaky when it comes to charges..no one explains to you that there will be extra charges for contacts. One minute it's 35 the next minute it's 50 or more..they expect you to have a bunch of money..all they have to do is explain that changing contact lenses brand probably be more or of you do this it's going to cost more or whatever the case is..please if your considering using this eye center make sure you have a deep pocket..its not for people on a budget..will be looking into going elsewhere in the future..

Dr Spalding is awesome! Very knowledgeable, personable, always with a smile. Her staff there are helpful. I travel to North Port from Port Charlotte because of Dr. Spalding. Would highly recommend!
