After taking my 90 y/o mother for several visits to other doctors with no remedy, we met with the physician’s assistant whom immediately scheduled us for an mri and epidural for pain to her back. They also prescribed her the necessary medications to help alleviate her discomfort. Grateful.
Dr. Jackson is a very kind and considerate man. I brought up something I read in his reviews snd he told me that he had already addressed it. I’ve had 3 sets of injections so far and believe me, he has address the issue . Great Dr. with an impeccable bedside manner.
I have been a patient here for many years and very rarely have a complaint. On Tuesday I had an appointment with Dr. Jackson and checked in as usual. The receptionist had told me she needed to check something with my insurance but yet still had me pay the copay. After sitting there for over an hour, I asked her what the hold up was. She stated she was still waiting to hear from them. I told her there was no reason to bypass my appointment time while others went in after me, when I already paid--let alone the fact I'm at FOI pretty much weekly/bi-weekly. It was a waste of my time and was quite disappointed as she seemed to be somewhat clueless on what should have been done.
After years of having back troubles I have found a doctor I can trust to help me with this pain First time in and am felling much better two more time and I will be helping with washing dish's ,mowing lawn and things I haven't been able to do for years
Dr Jackson and his PA were very good. Explained everything so I well informed.
horrendous. where do i begin? the staff is nasty. when you call the office, you NEVER get to speak to a human.......always voicemail & sometimes they don't even call you back. dr jackson is probably the worst physician i have ever encountered. his epidurals (& there were many) caused a major infection that could have been life threatening. his manner is curt, his skills are questionable & i'm sorry i didn't read the reviews before i let him treat me.
Give this review serious consideration and think about the implications. I’m a surgical RN who has been a patient of Dr. Jackson's for close to 7 yrs. During this time, he has sent me for physical therapy, performed steroid injections etc. and nothing has helped. Recently, Dr. Jackson suggested I undergo another round of steroid injections, which I agreed to. The treatment was supposed to be a series of 2 injections every other week for a total of 6. After the first round, I was feeling some rel
I don't give any star because I have a worse experience about my spine with Dr. Howard B Jackson. I went to see him because I had pain in my left leg when I walked more10 minutes, but when I stop the pain would go away. I told his to him. I only had this problem. He told me that I had to get injections in my spine. After theses injections , began the pain in my low and upper back and I still have my back suffering every day. This was on Oct. 2018. I don't recommend him He left me with a problem that I did not have.
Dr Jackson and most of staff are great, however, they are extremely overbooked and you feel like cattle in this waiting room, your apt is for 10:30 and maybe by 12:30 you will be seen. Rude at best and very unprofessional.
It is difficult me to rate a physician at a higher level than one star when I cannot even see said physician, but here is the story: Dr. Jackson gave me four epidural shots over two weeks for chronic neck pain with a scheduled follow-up with him. Instead, I saw his PA even though there were numerous things I wanted to discuss with him. Twice, she left the room to convey my comments to him. There were things that he should have heard directly! Slightly ridiculous medicine!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
