Jason Nydick's Online Review Report Card

Doctor was thorough professional and even fought for me in the operating room. Felt completely taken care of by him and staff called me after hours at home to check I got my prescription. Would totally recommend.

Awful bedside manner. Does not explain much. Does not work well with kids. Fast in and out without much interaction.

On December 30th 2020 while taking down Christmas lights off the roof my step ladder collapsed and I landed on my left arm with all my weight on the metal ladder. I ended up with 3 broken bones and a sever laceration. I went to Tampa General Hospital where Dr. Nydick operated that night. He was able to piece my broken bones back together with several metal rods. That was 14 weeks ago and my arm is fully functional now. I cant thank Dr. Nydick enough for his skill and knowledge in restoring my arm.

Dr Nydick was incredibly rude at my appointment today for a broken wrist. He did not introduce himself came in with other men and I did not know who was the doctor. He spent all of 3 minutes with me barely touched me asked one or two questions and said “keep doing what you have been doing” and left saying as he walked away “sorry that you fell” I had no chance to ask questions.

If you are lucky this Dr will be on duty when you arrive. His skills are unbelievable. He saved my hand and worked with me and guided me through the entire recovery period and rehabilitation.

I fell and broke my dominant Right wrist on Fathers Day of 2020 at the airport as we were leaving for our annual trip to Colorado for the summer. I was able to get a very quick appointment 2 days later with Dr. Nydick and he evaluated my fracture and determined I needed surgery. With my impending summer trip ever present in my mind Dr. Nydick got me in for surgery the very next day. I was VERY concerned about having surgery and Dr. Nydick spent alot of time with me presurgery answering all of my questions and easing my fears.He called to check on me post surgery and after my 2 week and then 4 week check up post surgery he cleared me to leave for the summer with a prescription for OT to be performed out in CO. I was religious with my therapy but was concerned that I wasnt progressing enough. Dr. Nydick called me out west and assured me that my progress was excellent and gave me the reassurance I needed to realize that sometimes it is a slower process than I had the patience for His surgical procedure and follow up were excellent It is 4 months post surgery and I am back to lifting weights and doing yoga as I did presurgery and Im 62Also I would like to thank the entire surgical team and Dr. Nydicks office staff for being so accommodating and wonderful

Dr. Nydick is a carpal tunnel wizard. Less than 10 days after surgery I can close a fist to hold things again after months of trauma.

Today 9152020 I had an appointment with Dr. Nydick for my Ruptured Left Bicep Tendonruptured off the elbow. The staff and setup on how they see patients is VERY Organized and all the desk staff is knowledgeable helpful and professional. I had Very little wait time to see each person that I was required to see. Paperwork and background information was a smooth process.Dr. Nydick is very knowledge extremely experienced. He laid out what needed to be done very clearly. A date to perform the Needed surgery was established very quickly and I am looking forward to it.Thank you very muchAndrew Barker

Went in with numb fingers was tested had carpal tunnel Dr Nydick did the surgery and I was amazed at the confidence this surgeon has. It is reassuring in this era of doctors being second guessed by insurance companies that this surgeon really gets the job done without worry or wasted time. Highly recommend.
