John Small's Online Review Report Card

Up in the air about recommendation. Had two surgeries with Dr. Small in the past and was very satisfied. Now 12 years later I cannot make an appt. to see him only can see his ARNPs. I requested to see him during my ARNP appt. prior to my first visit 2 months ago and didnt was told he wasnt even there. Ive requested to see him again during my next appt. next week. Lets see what happens. Requesting and paying for a Dr. visit you should see one especially when requested. Highly disappointed.

I have been trying to see Dr.Small since May of this year. I have been to his office 3 times after driving over 2 hours 1 way and have not seen him yet.each time I saw a physician assist who just ordered unnecessary test just to justify wasting my time. I am trying 1 last time and if I do not see him I will report him for insurance fraud and just scamming people.l

If you like waiting for 2 hours to see a great DR. this is the office for you

Dr. Small and his staff are top notch and have helped my wife get her mobilityand sanity back.And a special thanks to Johanna and the office staff for putting up with my questions and easing my and my wifes concerns.

Dr Small is an amazing physician. Highly skilled and really really cares about his patients. He is very available. He explains things in clear terms. You will be in his great hands.

I had serious problems and pain in my back. I had a curved spine with no disc between L4L5. Saw Dr Small and he explained this crazy surgery to go front and back. He was so patient and explained everything so I could understand. Even consulted with other surgeons to get their opinion and all agreed this was the best option. This man is a genius This crazy surgery fixed my back when others said no surgery would fix me. I will always be grateful to Dr Small. Now when I go out I will be able to walk without pain. Thank you to his staff and Ann for all their help.

Dr John Small and his team are amazing They have given me my life back I had severe pain with every step I took wasnt able to participate with family friends just had to sit and watch ... I was miserable and in terrible pain ... but the minute I got up out of the bed for the first time after surgery fusion of F4 F5 I could feel the difference ... no pain Low back hips and legs ... pain free Of course I had surgery pain but it was nothing compared to what I had been dealing with for over 2 years I cant thank Dr Small and his team enough for the wonderful care Ive received He is kind patient considerate and knowledgeable plus has a good sense of humor Ive had a great experience and would like to shout it from the roof tops I am walking all over my neighborhood without pain and only 8 weeks out from surgery THANK YOU Dr Small staff

You cannot see Dr. Small until the day of surgery. That is not acceptable to me. I met with Ann Gowski and all I got was that the next step would be to schedule a surgery date and when I asked what would be done all I got was that I would get rods and pins. These procedures may be commonplace to you guys but its a major decision for me and that is just not enough information. How can you expect anyone to schedule surgery without an explanation of what is to be done and being able to meet the doctor that will do your surgery?

I wish I could tell you how Dr Small is. We have had three appointments cancelled within three days of seeing him. Our very first appointment with him was the PA Cruz. Very nice but suggested for us to make an appointment to see Dr Small. It has been over a year and again our appointment was cancelled on September 17th for an appointment on the 21st. Guess because of my husbands age he is not important enough to see.

Great work on my roommate but 80 minute wait packed with patients postop. Then they changed who she was seeing 3 times. When we said appt was confirmed with the front desk was nasty not just rude nasty telling us we were wrong. We showed her the message and shetold us to sit down
