The office staff was very friendly and welcoming, warm and inviting atmosphere. Everyone was so polite and courteous. But I don't feel the Dr took me seriously. I've been struggling with orthopedic issues since 2008 and told I had ruptured discs and pinched nerves in 2015 by another orthopedic and yet no new MRIs were ordered and my follow up was scheduled 6 weeks out. So it looks like I have to continue trying trying to cope with chronic pain, limited mobility, inability to sleep or rest, and being almost useless to my 3 kids, one of which is a toddler, until Christmas.

I’ve been treated very well here. I appreciate the good attitudes of those taking care of me. They have all been very nice. I appreciate Dr. Grace, he’s a very compassionate doctor. Everyone here has tried to make me comfortable as possible and it’s greatly appreciated.

Everyone was very friendly knowledgeable and ready to help, from the front office staff to x-ray personnel, and Dr Reat was exceptional, did not feel like I was asking too many questions, and he readily answered, I liked that he seemed to have a conservative approach to treatment, opting to check out a MRI before proceeding with any treatment
