This office is horrible, this people don't know what they are doing , cancelled my first appointment after one month waiting and never notify me , I had to go to emergency room due to hypertensive crisis while Dr. Gupta was pleasantly traveling. Avoid this people!.

Possibly the least pleasant Dr apt I’ve ever had. Was told “If I make time for you I have to cancel other appointments I’m sorry I don’t have time” I thought to myself then why did I even bother making a face-to-face appointment with you, but I chose to just nod my head and realized that I wasn’t going to get the type of doctors appointment that I was hoping to at this office by this doctor. Would not recommend.

I saw Dr Gupta several times. The last visit he diagnosed me with a late stage kidney disease. A completely different diagnosis from previous visits. I called back three times to speak with him and his receptionist refused to provide him a message nor did he call back. I am in the process of filing a complaint. Beware of going to this doctor.

Dr. Gupta is very caring & smart Physician. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He listens and provides explanations to your questions & concerns you may have in depth regarding kidneys, heart & blood pressure issues.

I have been with Dr Gupta for 20+ years. He listens to his patients and knows everything about kidney failure, blood pressure, dialysis and kidney transplantation. He is very willing to help give advice in other areas and has helped me with many other health issues. As the years have gone by, he has gotten busier in his own practice. You might have to wait to see him if he has hospital emergencies. His office staff has changed through the years but always pleasant to work with. I'd recommend Dr B. Gupta 100%!

Dr Gupta has fantastic clinical acumen and is warm and caring physician,a quality sorely missing in many physicians. Would suggest go beyond the basic office set up.Also his dialysis center, Crown DuaDialy in Bo is in a class by itself, way beyond the Fresnious and Davita chains.

I am in New York for 2 months and needed a doctor. I've had diabetes for 50 years two back surgeries a quadruple bypass and and riddled with arthritis and I am also on for 15 mg Oxycodone pills for pain. I called around 4 doctors that will accept a patient that is on pain medication the office told me to come in and they would take care of me. The two girls in the front office were great the minute I got past them the doctor told me there are seven doctors in prison and that pain medication was going to be a problem they made me feel like a common Criminal little girl at checkout told me to take tylenol while I waited 4 to 6 weeks for my medical records by the way she has no medical degree to prescribe anything to anybody. They finally prescribed my pain medication to me. A month later I went back for a visit at this time I was having severe abdominal pain and I thought it might be my gallbladder my right side was very swollen. The doctor told me this was abnormal no kidding. He sent me for blood test and an ultrasound before leaving the office I asked to raise my pain medication because the pain was so severe he said I don't do dat. I am still in severe pain and waiting for my ultrasound this doctor does not look anybody in the eye and if you are in pain you will continue to be in pain while he goes home to his comfortable home and forgets about you that's why this doctor only has a 2-star rating on the internet and I think that is too high. Do yourself a favor find a better doctor than I did after my ultrasound I will never return to that office again

We have known Dr. Gupta since 1995 when he became our primary doctor shortly after that. He always has a smile for us and asks us questions about our problem. If you have tests, he will contact you after work in the evening. He has been a good doctor for us. I think he has too many patients who rely on him and he is overworked at times. However he is always there for us and we care greatly about Dr. Gupta.

As a doctor myself and his patient , I know him to be excellent clinician and always available and caring.

Excellent Kidney doctor who has updated knowledge of current medicine. He listens to the patients carefully & then explains very well. He has all resources in hand including dialysis center next door.
