Elizabeth Trinidad's Online Review Report Card

As I was walking to my car on a Monday morning for an appt. at noon, I was called by her office to say she's out that week and they called to cancel. I rescheduled for weeks later. I arrived a few minutes early , and sat in the waiting room for q hour. I inquired when she would see me. They took me to an examination to a waiting room when another hour went by. They could not tell me when she would be available because she was doing a procedure for a patient with a later appointment than mine. I wouldn't go back to her office if my life depended on it, because I'd probably die in the waiting room. NOT REXOMMENDED

The best Neurosurgeon, I was unable to walk for 5 months, went to see 4 other Orthopedic/Neurosurgeons they all recommended injections or a big spine surgery! I was blessed I was referred to Dr Trinidad, she is patient, cares, listens and was able to perform a minimal invasive laser surgery! God bless her, I had no pain like a miracle I’m able to walk without pain, the most I’be had is minimal pain on my legs that go away with Motrin. Her staff and her are great they care and have good bed manners! I will recommend Dr Trinidad with my eyes close to anyone suffering from herniated discs or any spine issues.

I had a car accident, and I visited Dr, Trinidad. I had the absolute worst experience with her. She didn't explain to me nothing about my diagnosis. She wanted to treat me with antiques methods (injections to the spine) to only reduce my pain, Which is not a treatment to get better, it is just to get by. Now, months later I received the full diagnosis and I had a lot of things she did not even mention and I suffer every day because of her incompetence. I strongly recommend you visit another Doctor. Ooh... And she charged $1200 just to chat for 15 minutes. I am furious to have to pay for this aweful service.

I had disc replacement in neck and disectomies (sp?) in lower back and bilateral ablation. Office staff was phenomenal. She took time to explain and answer questions despite being very busy. Surgery went well. Again staff was excellent. I’m 6weeks out. Recovery is slow. Pain level much improved.

Horrible doctor! Staff is dismissive and rude. Dr Trinidad screwed up a cervical rhizotomy and has caused me worse pain and I also incurred an eye issue due to nerve damage which she denied. This has been the worst physical experience of my entire life and the pain has been excruciating. DO NOT use this doctor.

Dr. Trinidad is kind and compassionate with patients. I am so happy to have met her and allowed her to do my surgery. Her staff is amazing as well.

Dr Trinadad was very knowledgeable, her bedside manner was great. The office is clean and the staff was friendly!

Dr Trinidad was very personable and she showed genuine interest in my condition. She performed blocks to my cervical neck and lower back on the same day which was a relief in pain, as well as, honest work as other doctors said that was impossible to do. They did each procedure (area and side) on different occasions, driving up the costs. She is great!

I was told that my condition post car accident was what I was going to have to live with for the remainder of my life. Dr. Trinidad was able to isolate the issues in my neck. She performed a successful double cervical disc replacement. The incision line was done with great care to ensure I wouldn’t have a hideous scar. Similarly, she was able to isolate the issues in my lower back and perform a spinal decompression and fusion. Both surgeries and all the treatment have significantly improved my quality of life. My pain is but a small fraction of what it was when I started with her. Throughout she had great bed side manner and really took to making sure I received the best care and that I understood my treatment. Yes, the waits are long, but she is willing to spend the time with each patient, so they are fully understood and the best course of treatmen
