Irving Bratt's Online Review Report Card

Update: I have had the fortune of transitioning from one excellent Dr (Dr Bratt) to his outstanding APRN, Rebecca Flayman, at the same practice. I credit her with saving my life due to her thoroughness and practice of mandating regular follow ups. This practice is the kind that you can have faith and trust in. I have never had such level of care and wow, are they efficient. They have acquired great front staff and very competent and friendly MAs. I just had my physical and they made me feel at ease and in good hands as always. They run on time and operate as a fantastic team. I would urge anyone to try them. My experiences have consistently been positive and I've been a patient for four years. I couldn't ask for better care. Thank you! Original review: I have only good things to say about this office. My experience with Dr Bratt has been thorough, compassionate and efficient. I trust him to know the amount of time he needs to spend with me. Yes, he is a busy doctor because he is a good doctor; this has never compromised the level of care I've received. His new RN, Rebecca is fantastic and embodies the same excellent standards I have grown to expect from this practice. I have never had my results personally called into me faster or more reliably. Marvin at the front desk is helpful, polite and highly competent. I've never had a negative experience so I can only guess that other reviewers perhaps didn't show the same courtesy to staff that they expect themselves? Whatever the case, I never have to wait long for an appointment, they run on time, tests are ordered and most are done expertly on site and you get results called into you personally. Thank you Dr Bratt, Rebecca and Marvin for doing what you do!

I love that I have never had to wait to see the doctor. I get in as soon as I arrive. Sherry is wonderful. Dr Bratt is quick but thorough. I highly recommend!

THIS OFFICE IS COMPLETE TRASH!!!! The first person gets on the phone with me and said I needed to come in for something and when I asked if she can explain to me what that was she said she didn't have time that the "office was busy" then some other person got on the phone. Then that person started ARGUING WITH ME AND HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I only need a medical certification form filled out for a school! She said if I'm not COMING IN FOR MORE VACCINES THEN I CAN'T be seen there!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE TRASH COME TO THIS OFFICE!!! IM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED!!

I come from a family of doctors and I have still yet to meet a more efficient practitioner than Dr. Bratt. I bring my laptop every time expecting it to be the time I finally have to sit in the waiting room before being seen. ~5 years later, I have still yet to wait more than two minutes before being seen. Even during COVID, when I needed him, I was seen without delay and given effective care that led to me being asymptomatic 36 hours after my visit. Dr. Bratt is as many people stated, no nonsense. Come in, get checked out, review areas of concern, and resume your day. I've never once had him disregard a question I had or felt pushed out of his office like some other reviewers have stated. He's there to discuss anything I have ever wanted to bring up and you leave once you're done. If you are tired of spending 40 minutes in a waiting room for an appointment you arrived on time for, go see Dr. Bratt. I plan to continue seeing him until the day he retires.

9-5 m-f Called at 3pm. 5/5 /23 Answering machine is telling you that you have reach the after hours and no one is there to answer. Pls do better or update your hours for Friday!

Hello, when I first met Dr. Bratt, he was to the point and serious.(LOL still is)But As I have been going to him for the ladt year I was impressed he always runs on time What a gift that is compared to most doctors.The best part of being with Dr Bratt is that when you need to see him for emergency reasons you can always see him right away.He makes the time for you and follows up immediately and therefor saved my husbands life thinking it was indigestion but to find out it was appendicitis. Bloodwork is always done the next day if you also need this.His staff is efficient and accommodating.Say no more Where in these times do you find this kind of care?.Dr Bratt is a keeper.Hope you consider this caring doctor

Truthfully, after reading some of the reviews, I was wary to make an appointment. My experience was nothing short of excellent. Everyone I came in contact there was very courteous and pleasant. They totally fulfilled all my needs for a General Physician's care. I fully intend to continue with this medical office, especially with Rebecca Flayman. Exwill maintain

If you’re looking for a rude, abrupt, impatient, inconsiderate, insulting doc, this is your guy! I’ve never been so rushed in a medical office in my life!
