The staff was nice, but not the Dr. He is not professional at all, and I never seen a Dr who stands with a paper in his hands and doesn’t have any information about his patient and ask the patient what’s the problem, when ten minutes ago his nurse took all the information, definitely we are switching to another Dr

I went to this dr. He is unprofessional and rude. He talks with attitude and doesn’t listen to you! I needed surgery. I had all my test done. I was in severe pain. He said he didn’t see anything wrong and that no dr will touch it. His staff is also rude! They act like they don’t know what they’re doing. I left that office and went to another dr. The new dr said yes you need surgery. I had the surgery with the new dr and finally pain free. I don’t know how dr Lopez even has a license. Don’t go here!

This office never picked up the phone. Even though I was 1sr on line , still nobody picked up the phone. I had to go to the office twice to setup an appointment, just because they don't pickup the phone. I think it's time to get a new PCP. I wish there's Zero as Rate , 1 is too much.

Horrible experience with Dr Lopez and Dr Santos. They lied to me and canceled my medication refill without notice and refused to give me the time to find a replacement PCP even though they had me on the schedule for every month. Sound like every patient they see somehow have sleep apenia. How strange is that.

Worst experience ever. I was assigned to Dr.Lopez by Humana, scheduled for my appt, for my health condition hemoglobin at 8, the afternoon prior to my appt, they just cancel my appt with no reason, offering me an appt almost two months later, having to pay private Dr. because I will have to wait until the first of the month in order to change provider,people who like to play with Pt’s health

Lopez subscribed medication to be filled by pharmacist but was not given the correct refill instructions. Pharmacy sent it back two days ago and have not received correction. I have a horrible rash which I don’t have medication to treat it.

Mi opinion es que el doctor es muy eficiente y el personal. Mi padre es atendido muy bien y esta contento, pero el sistema telefonico no. Crea ansiedad, mucha ansiedad. No contestan el 79 % de las veces. Por favor mejoren ese sistema. Hemos estado esperando por espacio de mas de 20 minutos y luego la llamada se cae. Necesitamos alguien que conteste y no que mis padres tengan que guiar a la oficina arriezgandose en la carretera para obtener una respuesta.

Office never pick up phone or answers your calls. Gave me wrong medications. MRI appointment was cancelled because his office fail to send documentation to my insurance, so they could approved MRI. (Twice)
