Worse staff ever , extremely rude and arrogant- had covid and was covered under my insurance they denied me to be seen and I left and got diagnosed with covid !!! Horrible staff , dr even more awful does not care about his patients only money !!!

I changed to this doctor because I was not happy with my primary doctor.The first time he was friendly etc. After that every time I went, the assistant would take my blood pressure, he would check it on his lop top and say, well "it's still to high" and without checking anything else with the telescope, he would say I'll see you next week! One time after he ordered my blood test, he called me and told me the results and also that I protean in the blood. The next time I went to see him, he did not say anything about the protean in the blood and as usual he's rushing out. I stopped him and said "Doctor what about the protean in my blood" He said, sorry. Thank you for reminding me.I'm 78 years old and I have been going to a lot doctors in my life time, but I never felt rushed out of the office, at times a little rude and I would have to stop him so that I could ask other questions. Do not under any circumstances go to this doctor. I have nothing good to say about this doctor.

Hands-down, this doctor is 100% great best doctor I ever had. Very professional and he explains everything to you himself whenever you take a test he take you in his office and explain to you when you’re in the hospital. He literally call you his self to check on you, I would never leave this office. I recommend everyone go there.

Dr. Vidaurre is very detailed and caring. Excellent follow up with patient and persistent to make you take care of yourself.

Very poor experience. Refused to give me requested tests, just ordered whatever he wanted without asking or telling me anything. They won't release my results without speaking with dr first. I believe this is HIPAA violation... Long wait times and promised results next day but did NOT deliver.
