Doctor seems fine, only met him once. The staff is rude, horrible communication skills and argumentative.

Incorrect information was provided by both the doctor and staff. It was like being in a Twilight Zone episode. I was told the doctor was waiting for his notes to be transcribed so he could review them before setting an operation date, several days later was given a date, a few days after that I was told the date was made up so pre-op tests could be ordered and I would have to meet with the doctor again to set surgery date. One of pre-op requirements was a release from my primary, so not sure why I have to meet with Ruddy to discuss the pre-op results.

Great doctor, horrible staff, they are rude and cut you off. They don't call patients when the results are in. Unfortunately no customer service in that office just passive aggressive answers. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone, point of having a great doctor if you're going to have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get a response.

I have been patient of Dr. Ruddy for almost 5 years and he has been very caring and honest about my care. He has always given me his honest assessment and I am very pleased to have him as my doctor. If you want a doctor that only gives you his honest medical opinion and assessment and is genuinely cares for you as a patient, I highly recommend you to go to him. I've high expectations of my doctors because my father is an outstanding doctor in his field and is nationally and internationally recognized for his contribution in his field and doctor Ruddy reminds me of my dad and his passion for his patients.

In general doctor Ruddy was an okay doctor... However the woman at the reception desk the only one at the reception desk was very rude no manners at all I said good morning did not answer she spoke to me despoticly... never said thank you never said please such a bad first impression when one comes in the doctor's office.

Dr. Ruddy provides excellent care for his patients. You never have to wait to be seen and all services are available in his office as opposed to having to go to separate facilities for testing and treatment.

BEST ORTHO AROUND! Between my husband and myself, we have seen him for multiple issues and have always had a great outcome. Dr Ruddy takes time to understand your issue and really listens (something most doctors are missing these days). And his office staff is always professional and friendly!
