This man is the most unprofessional inhumane person I've ever encountered! He was very rude to me and my roommate at Imperial Point Hospital. He has no bedside manners and no empathy. I wonder if he treats and talks to his mother, wife, sister or daughter they way he talks to patients. He a poor excuse for a human being

I've been hospitalized countless times over a recurring cellulitis infection in my lower leg in which Dr. Raul Villanueva was the cheif infectious disease specialist on my case. He is an outstanding physician with fantastic bedside manner. If you think he is anything other than that well then you're just not open to his kind of sense of humor. He takes his cases very seriously and doesn't waste time in getting you the help you need. I had mentioned other issues to him which weren't in his field of practice and he made sure that the proper specialists visited me. Thank you Dr. Villinueva for always being so kind and caring and thank you for always making my stays in the hospital with your sense of humor.

Dr. Villanueva was at my side every day for 6 days while fighting the CCP virus infection. His daily visits, assesment of my situation and advice were taken seriously and had a positive impact in my recovery. In a very short term, we developed a good relationship where we discovered some of areas of common interest. Thanks for taking the time to visit me each day Dr. Villanueva.

I was in hospital and he took excellent care of me increasing my antibiotic and using a new one. Felt better immediately. He checked in with me every day and answered any questions I had . Excellent doctor.

He is a physician-scientist with extraordinary knowledge not only in the field of Infectious Disease but also in Medicine overall. He is loved by his patients as he always shows an excellent rapport. I highly recommend him.
