Vincent Guida's Online Review Report Card

I had an fabulous experience with Dr. Guida. He is very caring, kind, and compassionate. I am a terrible patient because I become extremely anxious when I see a doctor and I’ve avoided seeing them for years. . Dr. Guida worked with me to help me get through the visit. He was patient, thorough, and evaluated everything carefully and thoughtfully. Everything about Dr. Guida led me to believe he is now the doctor I will continue to see. On top of that, he referred me to a cardiologist right away. The family doctor I’d seen did not do that. Dr. Guida thinks in and outside the box. He is very exceptional. You can see that the vast majority of his reviews all over the Internet are excellent. I am a psychiatrist patient and Dr. Guida took into account my difficulties and doctor phobia and did not try to change me into a compliant patience. To say his bedside manner is excellent is not saying enough. He is highly regarded in the medical community and a super person.

Worst doctor I've ever seen. I've never been blown off quite like this doctor managed to. Couldn't be bothered to pay attention to any of the issues I brought up. Was totally uninterested in my problems. Couldn't even be bothered to send me to specialists when he couldn't figure out what was wrong after less than 5 minutes of seeing me. As soon as I mentioned a psychiatric history he was done with me. Said he'd see me again after I saw a psychiatrist to work out my problems. I was there for problems with joint pain. Obviously he just thought it was all in my head. Absolutely useless. Run, don't walk away from this guy.

The most thorough and caring internist I have ever encountered. Dr. Guida has been my doctor for more than 30 years and has never lost the 'personal touch' so essential to a caring physician. A wealth of experience, intelligence and intuition. Absolutely the best there is in medicine.

Dr. Guida is very friendly and helpful. He took good care of me. I was very scared and he put me at ease. He took good care of me till my issue was resolved and remains concerned and involved with my health.

Dr.Vincent Guida was my parents doctor for 40 years. They have both recently passed away due to negligence on his part. Never checked for complications due to side effects of the prescribed medication. It was called to his attention by their extremely competent companion and he just chalked it up to age and I believe was offended by her knowledge of what was going on. He also NEVER had the decency to send a condolence card to me on their passing after so many years. I would NEVER suggest him to anyone. I would give a minus rating if there was one.

Dr. Guida is a very caring professional. He takes his time and asks good questions to get to the root of the problem. His office staff is respectful and helpful.

I haven't had a more caring, more professional doctor in many years (since leaving NYC). As a diabetic, it is essential that I find a superior Internest. Dr. Guida is everything an excellent doctor is supposed to be and he is, in addition, sincere, caring and professional.

I would recommend Dr. Guida as a PCP. He always listens and doesn't rush. I'll never forget when I had pneumonia, he told me, despite the medication for it, that I would feel worse before I felt better. He was right and that saved me a lot of worry over that weekend. Also, he called me that weekend to see how I was doing! Amazing. His referrals to specialists have been very good. Only problem, My only concern is that he is not so young, so I worry about losing him. Be well, Dr. Guida!

I first hand recieed the honor to work almost three years with Dr. Vincent Guida and staff. I would still be working with him if it were not for a chronic disease that pulled me out of the medical field. He has amazing bedside manor and builds very honest relations with his patients. I would encourage "anyone" to make him your internal physician. Ps, You are missed dearly Dr. Guida.
