I had Amber K (better doctor than handwriting...lol) look at a bad eye irritation. It turned out to be a scratched cornea. Amber was gentle and tested her diagnosis and made me feel comfortable all the way thru the exam. I received a script for an ointment that has made me feel much better. I give Dr. Amber 5 glowing stars. And she was very nice.

Came in for a covid, flu and strep test. Got back fairly quickly but was then left in the room for quite some time. The girl came in to swab but didn't even tell me how long before results or what to expect next. Finally the provider came in and just listened to my breathing and looked at my throat. The whole time I can hear staff through the closed door carrying on quite loudly. That was unprofessional. Overall though I was in and out in less than 2 hrs.

I hope you will fix the patient service care in your office. People are there because they are not well. Give your patients some extra time and patience. We weren't happy when we went there. From the front desk to your nursing aides. So far, the PA that came to our room were okay. It is probably because we told her we were upset already and explained what happened. Plus, the wait is way longer already than being seen. And then you'll get an unprofessional service. What happened to the mission statement?

I was visiting Ocala and had to go to this urgent care. Typically urgent cares stress me out because of wait times and I never have the best experience. But, the staff was absolutely amazing. Jacqueline helped me check-in and was so kind in making the process go smooth. I really appreciate her and the rest of the staff at the clinic!
