Worst doctor I have ever met. Absolutely no people skills, has no empathy, does not discuss your issue, he knows everything even though he didn't ask me about my issue. I was in tears when I walked out.

I have to say that is the worst doctor I have ever met. He is condescending and ignores what you have to say. I have never left a doctor's office in tears. His staff is friendly and nice, but he is definitely very unfriendly. He acts like he knows everything, and you know nothing about what is ailing you. There is no discussion with him, it's his way or nothing.

In my first two visits with this doctor, he did not pay attention to my symptoms, treated me as ignorant and pushed me to leave the office because of other patients. I had to re-fill the paper work because the office lost them.

Dr soto is very rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I am surprised the management of this place hasn’t done anything about him considering the fact that he seems to be the main culprit of these horrible reviews.

Soto was rude and condescending, never examined my elderly mother who sat there with a broken finger and other health conditions. All he did was read the medical records, up and left and returned a minute later saying the appointment was over. Would not recommend.

Found Soto to be condescending and dismissive. Displayed no concern for my Elderly mother as she sat there with a broken finger and other health problems. He just read the records, walked out the room and minutes later returned saying the appointment was over. Never met a doctor with such an abrasive attitude. Would not recommend.

Found Soto to be rude and condescending. Completely ignored my elderly mother throughout the appointment, sat there with a broken finger and never even looked at it. Never even examined her. All he did was read the medical records, asking questions. If I didn't respond to his liking, he interrupt me and talked down. Once over, he up and left, never saying a word. He would return a minute later saying we were free to go. Would not recommend.

Dr Soto is good. The staff is not. I sat 2 hrs after my appointment time just to get an inr check. The office us out of control. I called the house location to complain they took my number but no call back.

I have been seeing Dr. Alfred Soto for one year, and our introduction was good, but his staff is unprofessional front desk, he didn't once addressed my medical condition of needing a referral, which I went another doctor and got the referral. Now he's been more clearer of my needs, so I rated him 3 stars.
