I am an established patient. I cannot talk to a person! Just sit and wait on phone. Sometimes they never answer! I need an appt. Asap Since I’m having an issue but cannot see the dr. Let alone talk to anyone that cares. Call back people are rude! How do I see my doctor when having an issue with concern????

Took 2 months to get in after my regular cardiologist was taken out of network. Waited about an hour to go back. David the PA was great. Dr Nasser proceeded to tell me my thyroid was too low and that I needed to change one of the meds I was taking. I AND MY HOLISTIC DR WORRY ABOUT MY THYROID not my cardiologist. My thyroid is fine. They have my pharmacy of choice listed and I wait for 2 days before I call the pharmacy. No prescription. Call the Dr office which is a joke. Yes I know people get put on hold. But after 3 to 4 minutes it sends you to voicemail. You have to keep calling back. I finally get someone and he never put the order in. 3 days later he sends one in that my pharmacy will not fill because I had a bad reaction to a similar medication. They call the doctor 4 different days and leave messages and NO ONE called them back. I called and they said oh I'll leave a message. Mind you this is two weeks in. He re writes it for the same medication. I AM DONE.

He was extremely rude and arrogant! He wanted to put me on several meds at first sight without knowing my history or even examining me. The office was older and waiting room completely crowded so the wait was almost two hours. Would never recommend!

Ali saved my life 10 years ago. I have been his patient ever since then. I like his the way he cares about me and always treats me like a friend.

Poor, misdiagnosed clogged carotid artery left side. It was Diagnosed by my new cardiologist 99% clogged. I could have had a stroke. Proceeded with surgery. Surgery was a success, surgeon said it was so bad they almost could not operate on it. Dr. Nassar also had me coming in every 3 months which was not necessary. I don't believe he or his staff are competent reading echogram results. This should have been detected. This doctor totally failed me and my health. I had other problems with this doctor but too numerous to mention here.

He is wonderful! Not only is he very competent, but he has wonderful bedside manner, and is concerned about all of your health, not just your heart. I love him!!!
