Arrived early for my 11:15 eval appointment, signed in noting new patient. After over 30 minutes waiting and the only person in the lobby I approached the window where I encountered nothing but rudeness and incompetence. Noting that during my wait I witnessed (saw) this employee arguing with what appeared to be the office manager and another employee over the telephone answering system along with overhearing another employee ordering lunch. At this point I was confident that I would be waiting until after lunch before I actually made it in to see the Dr. Since I still did not receive the new patient forms, now 45 minutes into the process and did not yet give the receptionist my DL and Insu card I opted to cut my losses and depart after a few choice words (not obscene). I made a mistake going to this office after reading the credible reviews. I hope you do not make the same mistake. Note: The one star rating may be harsh however the Dr. is responsible for his staff.

Dr. Bapatla took his time to listen to my concerns, he has good bed side manner and his office staff are so kind they were able to get me in quickly.

I was very pleased with my visit to Dr Bapatla. He LISTENED to what I had to say and did not jump to conclusions or schedule unnecessary procedures. Both my wife and myself came away with a very positive opinion regarding our visit. His office staff was extremely professional and courteous. I have no idea what other reviews were referencing or complaining about. He will be my pulmonologist for here on in.

Dumped me when I left BCBS. No warning. Even offered to pay out of pocket IN FULL and his office declined to see me and I have a terminal lung disease to boot. Asked for my med records/test results--never received them. Nice. I assume he does not take the Hippocratic Oath seriously.
