Staff is very friendly and helpful highly recommend this office.

I would not recommend this physician group. While Dr Clunn seems competent, she lost my trust. While it's an admirable trait to stick up for your co-workers and staff, when you are rude to your customers, talking over them and arguing with them, makes for a review like the one I'm leaving. This doctor said she was taking over all of my pain management prescriptions, yet only called one of the three into the pharmacy. She said she was ordering physical therapy for me - which happened, but I was called twice to set it up because the wires were crossed. She said she was calling in a referral to a steroid injection physician. That referral never happened. I used the online portal asking where the referral was, and left a voice message of the same. Never had a call back or reply to either. Try another group if you want healthcare that you can trust. I'm new to the area, and this was my first experience with healthcare in Florida. Not a good start.

She is incompetent, rude, has no respect for her patients, and she has no business interacting with human beings. She will make you wish you never laid eyes on her or her office. Stay away if you value your life and sanity.

Money hungry and rude

This Dr and her office staff do not care about the patient, they do not return phone calls, do not refill needed medication. I am on a medication that I will withdraw from if not given, they know this, as they are the ones that gave it to me against my better judgment. Yet they will not call me back or call in my medicine. I have been calling them for over a week and no answer. They just have no patient loyalty, and no caring. I am so disappointed with this group of Doctors.

Dr. Amy Clunn should have her medical license taken away she is one of the worst doctors I’ve ever known. Her & her incompetent staff have no compassion for their patients all she is is a legal drug dealer that messes with peoples lives . They look at every patient like the were a ex drug attic criminal even if you’ve never done a heavy drug like heroin or meth in your life . If you’ve been in an accident & trying to recover from chronic pain and stress they still treat you like your a bad person even if you use Medical Marijuana this place is a Joke her office should be shut down!!

ON TIME, LISTENS TO YOU...EXPLAINS EVERYTHING...SHE IS THE BEST I HAVE SEEN IN 20 YEARS ..FINALLY FOUND THE RIGHT DOCTOR AND SHE IS 5 STARS ALL THE WAY..

I wish I could tell you about my experience with Dr Clunn, I never got past leaving phone messages which were never returned. I called the office on a Monday and was transferred to Clare. Clare didn’t answer and I had to leave a message. Never returned my call. This happened again on Wednesday and Friday. The following Tuesday I called again and told them not to put me thru to Clare but could I please talk to someone else. I was put thru to the office manager where once again my only option was to leave a message. She never called me back. I hope the doctor reads this sometime so she is aware of how bad her office staff can be.

Don’t you love an MD who isn’t really listening to you and pre-judges you.She might as well called me a liar and my that my pain isn’t real !!!!……A Psychologist and a Rheumatologist in the same practice pretty much called me an alcoholic …..because I was TRUTHFUL about having two glasses of wine a night to relax and ease the pain!! She also preceded to tell me that the competent NP’s I have been seeing are not as “knowledgeable “ or as “qualified “ as she is. She recommended I try physical therapy and acupuncture -which I’m not opposed to …..But here I sit at 4:42 AM stressed out to the max and having major pain issues!! AND NO I’M NOT A RECREATIONAL DRUG USER OR AN ALCOHOLIC!!! After churning things in my brain and not being able to sleep…..I have decided to cancel all of my appts with this clinic. It’s really sad when you’re just another body for a greedy MD!!!

I have been seeing her for about three years now. I had car accident and numerous injuries. She has prescribed me therapy, meds, and various other things. She takes her time and tries to see what the problem is and how it can be solved or handled. She is located in Lady Lake and Ocala. Not so wild about the people who work in Ocala. The people who work in Lady Lake seem to be more competent. I would definitely recommend her services!
