Florida Pain and Rehabilitation Center 3526297011 Still not sure if below is due to upper management office or Dr. Medvedovsky. Unprofessional and taking advantage of our heath care system as well as their patients.I have had pain for over several years from a neck operation. Have been on Hydrocodone 5325 mg 2 x a day. Now the only way i can get my prescription is to go the Florida Pain and Rehabilitation Center in Ocala. I am 92 years old and a caregiver for my ill wife. Since I have been going to the pain clinic i was told i could come every 3 months to also pick up 3 paper prescriptions to bring each month to the pharmacy by Dr. Andrew Medvedovsky MD . Now suddenly all has changed . Besides being impossible to get in touch except to leave a message at their office i am told they will not give me anymore prescriptions unless i come once a month. Office is hour away from me on other side of Ocala making it very difficult. Impossible to get any answers on phone. Appears they do

6 injections and in more pain then I was before. He is the worst

My husband and I saw him today at the office in Lady Lake The Villages Florida. He was concerned about our other health issues and the virus got us in and out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we just found out he is “ out of network” with Humana so we paid almost double what our copay should have been. Now we have to decide what we are going to do living on social security makes these decisions extremely difficult especially now that we have to go every month was going every other month. Would like to get to know the doctor a little better.

He took my money along with many other patients and never did anything for us and closed his practice suddently

Went for my appointment today The office is close he apparently took all his belongings out of the office and took all medical records and sold the records to a company in Canada called canna care Which is against the law All workers did not know nothing until they went to work and everything was gone and no one can find him. I’ve been a patient for over two years it’s ridiculous that someone could do this no one knows where he’s at .

Saw the doc for card renewal he recertified but did not reactivate my card in the system. Had to call the state to get my calls returned. He removed his name from the registry AFTER charging me $175 but BEFORE my registration was complete. The time limit expired and now I have to start over. Very unreliable sloppy business practice. I want my money back.

My son was a patient of Dr. Medvedovskys and I thought he was amazing. However I find him to be unprofessional and uncaring. He saw my son for the medical marijuana and decided he was going to close. Dr. Medvedovsky did not give adequate warning. I received an EMail stating they were closed and my sons appointment was in two weeks. I was then informed that he sent my sons information to Cana Care Docs in Woodbury. No I will not go to Woodbury NJ. Cana Docs does not even answer their phone you have to leave a message. So unprofessional. It is hard for me to get a hold of these types of unprofessional offices as I have to work and I cant be sitting around waiting for a return phone call. I would advise against using Cana docs. Did Dr. Medvedosvsky even care what type of office he was sending his patients to. It would seem not to me. Not only is this office he sent my sons information to unprofessional I now have to worry about coming up with enough money for the initial evaluation. I dont have the resources to come up with close to $300.00 within a week. Dr. Medvedovskys should be ashamed of the uncaring and unprofessional way he handled the closing of his office.

Dr medvedovski has helped me more than any other doctor. He truly cares about his patients and I’m so grateful. I trust him completely.
