Dr Ross and his staff were amazing. His nurse explained everything she did and why she was doing it. Dr Ross was very knowledgeable and kind. He explained his care plan and answered all my questions and concerns. Julie, a med student is going to be a phenomenal doctor. Thank you to the whole office and especially to Dr Ross.

Dr Ross is professional and courteous. Listens well and makes health care recommendations. The Office staff is poor at best. Left my number for a callback. System said within 30 minutes. Three days later no call. Left a voice message requesting an Rx refill. System says callback in 24 hours. No callback. This is inexcusable for a health care organization.
